Counter Timer The VSM counter timer can be used to meaure time intervals, signal frequency and pulse counts. There are four operating modes:   Timer mode (secs), resolution 1us.   Timer mode (hms), resolution 1ms.   Frequency mode, resolution 1Hz.   Counter mode, max count 99,999,999. Other features include:   Count value is displayed directly on the schematic as well as on popup window.   Manual reset button facilitates use as stopwatch.   Reset and clock enable pins for timer and count modes.   User selectable logic polarity for clock enable and reset pins. Counter Timer popup window - the count value is also displayed directly on the schematic.
